All pedagogic materials related to higher education, constitute the body of knowledge-texts under NTM.
Translating and making these knowledge-texts available in Indian languages is the chief objective of National Translation Mission (NTM).
All prescribed text books, reference books and articles that are considered foundational in any discipline of college/university education are included for translation. Specific attention is given to the disciplines of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences.
NTM covers a total of about 70 chief domains of higher educations. These are subjects accredited by the University Grants Commission and All India Council for Technical Education.
